BirdieFlow is a product of Kessel Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using BirdieFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BirdieFlow is a workforce management platform that provides scheduling, task management, team communication, and operational tools for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIRDIEFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BirdieFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
